Same problem here. Cant access to my account through windows app, although my pro account is payed till 01/2019. Please solve ASAP

I have payed Pro for 1 year at 21 January of this year. But today I tryed to synchronize with GCal and get the message "Your Pro account is expired". Why?

We've checked to find that you paid in Jan 2016 and Jan 2017, but not this year, and with the promotion of Jan 2017, you were offered half a year for free, which expired on July 20, 2018.

Same result as we checked @jvb, you paid in Jan 2014, Jan 2015, Jan 2016, Jan 2017, but not this year. So with the half year offered as a promotion gift in Jan 2017, your Pro account expired on July 27, 2018.
