Android client won't sync even when I press Sync button in the app for 9 days (since August 14).
My subscription is until April 2019, so it's not the cause.
I've updates to Android 9.0 somewhere around August 5th, so it was able to sync after that for more than a week.

As for the problem you mentioned, did you mean you couldn't see the repeating tasks or all the other tasks? If only the repeating tasks, then it might be the server's problem and it's not been fixed. If you couldn't see other tasks, please check your web version to see whether or not these missing tasks exist in web version.
