Could you please let us know the reason why you need to change your login and email? And is there any contact in your Doit.im? What is the new login and email that you want to change to?

My question is, have you ever added other Doit.im users as your contacts? If you have, you cannot apply for changing your login and email.

And in addition, please tell us the new login and email you want to change into and then we will manually change it for you if you meet our requirements.

We manually changed them as you requested. Now please logout and relogin on all the platform you are using and then the changes could take effect.
