Pro account not updated despite payment
I have tried for a couple weeks now to get y'all to upgrade my account again. It was auto paid thru google subscriptions, I have the receipt. Why are u ignoring this issue, I can see on ur blog many others w same issue

Wow. A form response, almost a full month later. Way too little, way too late. Im already using Trello, much cleaner and faster, with no fees or shitty customer service to worry about. I started using your app years ago, and paid for years as well. Ill always tell people you made one of the best GTD apps, just too bad yall suck at supporting people who supported you.
