Same thing here. Another thing is when making changes in the android app, after checking on the web or desktop app, changes were not translated. I could also attach evernote in my phone but can't do it on the web app.

2. Evernote can be attached from phone and viewed by both phone and web version. But it cannot be attached from web version for the present, which will be fixed later. Sorry for the problem.
