Ive worked out how to add other people and assign them tasks
Was wondering how i assign a task that i want to assign to myself and other people.
Do i have to create multiple tasks - one for each person
or can i assign 1 task and then assign it multiple people including me
also how do i differentiate the task between a task that everyone has to complete - and a task that only one person has to complete it,

A: There is no need to create multiple tasks. When you send a task, you can select multiple contacts. But now, it is not supported to assign the task to you yourself.
Q2: also how do i differentiate the task between a task that everyone has to complete - and a task that only one person has to complete it,
A: When you send a task. there is an "Auto-complete" option. Check the checkbox in front of it and you will get informed when the contact complete the task.
