Mac app: shortcuts in Smart-add should be case insensitive (like the PC app)

Using Smart-add in the Mac app, the one-character short-cut tags to enter things like ^time, #project, @context, etc. should treat their values (the time, project, context, etc.) case-insensitively, just as the PC app Smart-add does.

E.g., my context and project names all being with uppercase (Home, Errands, etc.). I want to be able to type them into smart-add as, e.g., @home.

It's a good idea to make smart add case-insensitive. We've added into our plan and will add the feature later.
