@alexanderkhanin Thank you for your question! Mac version is for Pro members only. We're sorry that your Pro expired on Dec 29, which was the end of the trial month. Here are the differences between Pro and free members https://doit.im/cn/upgrade, you may upgrade as you need.

Hello! I have a Pro version which expires on 2019/12/10 and I also can't log in with the application on my Mac. The iOS app doesn't work either. Although I'm sure I use correct login and password. I even tried to set a new one in the web version. And even after that, I can log in the web version with my new password without any problems, and I still can't log in with the app.

1. Please clean the local data using the attached script: Click the attached Doit.imDataCleaner.zip, unzip it, and run it. Input yes or y when there is a hint.
2. Then sign in again.
