1. Your Pro account has been updated, please check by refreshing your web version and manually sync your phone and desktop version.
2. As we checked, we found that both of your payments in Jan 2018 and Jan 2019 have not been topped up into your account. The problem in auto update exists and really sorry for the problem. Now the two year payments have both been transferred to your Pro membership. Please check.
