I have the same issue: I have the pro account but the features associated to it are not unlocked at all! Please do something about it I've paid it's unacceptable!
This is my second-year subscription and it renovated automatically and took many from my PayPal.(it all good) but the PRO futures still are not available to me.

I also have this issue. My subscription was automatically renewed via Google Play (Doit.im for Android) several weeks ago, but both the Android app and the web interface tell me that my subscription has expired or that I must upgrade to the Pro version.
