Emails not creating tickets.

My account is not creating tickets from emails again.

This happens a lot.

I'd appreciate it if you could make a permanent fix.

Same problem here. Doit has been half abandoned since 2 years ago but since 2019 it's finally full abandoned. Features stop working and help mails are not answered.
