And I can't sync Android-device (Samsung note8)
PC-version norm sync with web-interface. But mobile version dont sync

Could you please try the following steps:
First, turn off Background Restrictions/Limitations: Phone settings > Apps & Notifications > Doit.im app > Background restrictions or Background limits.
Then, disable battery limitations:
Go to Settings > Apps > Doit.im app > Advanced > Battery > Battery optimization
Change view to All apps
Search for Doit.im app
Choose Not optimized

We've checked to see that your Pro account works well.
If there is still sync problem, may I ask if you use Android Pie?
If yes, could you please also try the following steps:
