Pro account deactivated after pay via Google Play

Hi,

I paid for my subscription via Google Play store (receipt attached) and then found out that the pro features were not activated for me.

Can you help me with activating the pro features?

I have the same problem, conge. I also had this problem last year when my subscription renewed then. 2 years in a row is a bad sign :(

I spend sometime to test other alternatives of doit.im and found that none of them suits me.

Then, I spent some time and found the CEO of the company, send him several private messages and remind him that there are a lot of un-answered posts here...

@conge I still do not have Pro status and I paid almost 2 months ago. Please fix this ASAP.

Same problem here. Doit has been half abandoned since 2 years ago but since 2019 it's finally full abandoned. Features stop working and help mails are not answered.
