Same problem here. Doit has been half abandoned since 2 years ago but since 2019 it's finally full abandoned. Features stop working and help mails are not answered.

Same problem for me too. I paid in April and still do not have problem resolved. I've messaged them more than 6 times now, via multiple methods, and still no help from admins!! Super disappointed DoIt !!
