Doit.it shows a task that is not in my diary

Hello there,

this is really weird. Today morning while GSyncing a new TO-DO suddenly has appeared on my diary with an HangOut scheduled two days ago that has never been scoped in my diary.

Logging in G Calendar there are no evidences about this meeting at all, so I wonder from where this come from.

Any idea? Anybody else is experiencing the same?

How can I generate a log to send over to the team for further investigation?

Does this mean that some other user's task showed up in @andreamoro 's task list? What if that item contained something very confidential to that user? What if @andreamoro 's tasks are shown to other users, without him knowing?
And especially, what is the fix you have applied? Is it just a removal of a wrong piece of data, or a systematic fix to a broken procedure or algorithm?

Actually, it doesn't mean that some other user's task showed up in @andreamoro 's task list. On Google Cal, it was an event that someone else invited @andreamoro to join, but @andreamoro rejected, so it shouldn't have been appeared in Doit.im.

We now solved it and will keep an eye out for any issues, but keep us posted!

I can still see the "to-do" in my interface, so this has not been fixed yet.

Because it has been synced to Doit.im, there is no way to remove it. Please manually delete it in Doit.im. But In the next same situation, it won't happen.

Well I have created few more tickets, but the most urgent is the RSS one ... or eventually how to subscribe to the doit.IM calendar that is available in my gcalendar interface.

Do you have any chat system we can use to quickly liaise with these issue so we can update the tickets later on the day?

Yes, we have a Skype here. Do you have any Skype account? If you have, just search "Doit.im" and then add it to your contact list.
