Pro licence expired, but I have paid till 2020-02-09 by Google Play

Hi,
I have reinstalled my Android and the application Doit.im expired my Pro licence, but I have already paid till 2020-02-09 (see attached GooglePlay.png item "Datum obnovení")

Please check my licence or tell me, what can I do in Doit.im app (Android).

Guys, I have no Pro licence 10 days. What is happening? I have paid till 2020-02-09.
Is there any problems at doit.im? I'm your long time consumer (giving you money since 2017-02-09), but I'm pushed to find another product!

I've paid through Google Play and am still waiting for my upgrade - this is the second year in a row. I have reached out to 3 emails for solutions:

Last year, Kassy helped me with this issue. I'll keep you updated.
