My items are not syncing, meaning that I have different todos on my phone (which I use at home) and via the web-browser (which I use at work). I wondered if my pro account had expired, but this does not need reviewing until July 2020. Are you able to help

actually when I go into settings on my phone, and sync there, I get a 'sync failed ... network connection timed out. please check your connection' error message. But my network connection is fine. this is not working via wifi or 4G
