Hi,
I have paid for my doit account via google play (I have active subscription), and from google play side I can see, that my license is valid till 10/28/2018, but in the app and on the website, I see that it will Expire in next week (11/30/2017). I had similar problem last year, my license expired, and only after contact with you it was actually renewed.
Please check the status of license, and do something to:
1) guarantee that my Doit will work next week without problems
2) help for the future, to avoid necessity to contact with you every year...
