My account was paid with auto-renewal on 8/30/16, but as of 9/4/16 I'm still not upgraded as a Pro member.
This is quite frustrating, as I received the email confirmation charging for renewal, and that showed up in my bank account. This has already caused problems as many reminder notifications didn't not pop-up on my phone because the upgrade did not occur.
Could you please assist me?

@jasonhoffmanou Kindly accept my sincere apologies for the delay in replying to you. When paid via google play, sometimes it may be delayed. If you want a refund, since you charged via google play, you should apply for refund through their own platform . We are sorry for any inconvenience caused .

@Linjiani Will this be an issue again next August? It was not merely a delay because of Google Play. If you look at the below links, there is at least one month that would allow for processing, but their auto-renew did not complete unless they emailed you.

or see the first searches in Google. There must be some error that is not merely a "delay" from Google Play. Certainly other applications don't have up to month-long delays for renewal via Google Play.
