Here we provide the suggestions, please try as below:

1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Doit.im online, if not, please update the apps.
Here's the download linkage for the latest version: http://download.doit.im/doitim.4.4.6-release.apk
Then check if the same problem would appear again or not.

2. If the problem still exists, check and make sure all the settings for Doit.im reminders are allowed.

Different smartphones may have different setting process to allow notifications for Doit.im, which depends on the brands and systems of your phones.
